How to face the fears 👨‍🎤

A small story and few tips to overcome the fear in you for which you may miss many opportunities🧱

🪐We humans tend to fear for some or the another reason it’s a natural human tendency to fear for certain things. But the fear the lack of confidence will lead to lesser opportunities we miss many opportunities due to lack of confidence and fear. So how to overcome fear and become confidence “you have to do challenging things as early in your life as often in your life as possible, because the skill you acquire from it, will build confidence”. Do the things you fear the most trust your guts and go for it it’s hard but you can atleast take a baby step. Don't worry about what people will think no one cares because everyone has their own anxiety and insecurity.

❄Here is a beautiful story from mahabharat where you will learn the more you fear the greater the fear becomes:-

Krishna and balram were walking through the forests to reap someplace, whilst the night time time fell. The silver moon filtered via the leaves and the wind blew with all its might possibly.
