We human’s always have the habit of procrastination so how do we trick our mind to stop procrastination and start the work.
Here is a 5 minutes rule to break out the habit of procrastination
Countdown from 5 to 1 and as soon as u count 1 take action
Eg: probably you are in your bed u need to get up and go to your gym, or morning class or study but too lazy to get up start counting from 5 to 1 as soon as u hit 1 take action immediately get out of you bed and do whatever you wanted to do
It’s simple but very effective
